I need to buy a full face helmet (the PG kind) and a long and careful research begged the question -- would it be OK to use a full face helmet which hardcore mountain bicyclists use?These are high impact protective helmets made of carbon fibers or fiber glass with a total weight of about 950gr. They usually sport an adjustable visor which can be easily removed. The rest of the design is absolutely the same as the PG helmets.
Please help.
